Essential Portfolio

The Essential Portfolio comprises a basic assessment of tumour characteristics (type, grade, stage, size), basic LVI and an analysis using the core therapeutic biomarkers (ER, PR, HER2). This information is combined to provide a likely course of the patient's tumour, and therefore act as assistance in the determination of treatment.

Comprehensive Portfolio

The Comprehensive Portfolio extends the Essential Portfolio above, but also incorporating information regarding BRCA1 mutation and the inheritance risk therefore, protein expression class typing, and objective LVI (by immunophenotyping).
